The building offers amenities such as a pool, gym, mega lounge, Rooftop, coworking space, and laundry facilities.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

ATTENTION: The building is performing maintenance on the air conditioning system. The air conditioning will not be working between February 4th and 14th. We will provide fans for greater comfort during this time.
