This charming 20 m² studio, located in Moema, just 5 minutes from the city's largest and most famous park, Ibirapuera Park, and 1 block from Alvorada Hospital, is perfect for a stay in São Paulo. It features a Smart TV, air conditioning, ultra-fast internet, a bidet, and blackout curtains.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation;

The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as in addition to offering well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them highly functional.
