Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located in the heart of Vila Olímpia, the 40 m² apartment is ideal for spending a season in São Paulo. Very well-equipped, it has two Smart TVs, blackout curtains, digital lock, air conditioning, ultra-fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom has an excellent hairdryer and a gas shower. The building offers a jacuzzi, gym, laundry and garage.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed; - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbours;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

-Nespresso Machine: Wake up your senses with a cup of fresh coffee every morning. Our rental provides a Nespresso machine for you to enjoy your favourite beverage. However, you’ll need to bring your own coffee capsules as we do not provide them.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients, whether travelling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for a season. The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighbourhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as in addition to providing well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is good communication and the seriousness with which we operate to resolve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. Our employees are trained and equipped with the necessary tools to provide an excellent level of service. The apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, our bed and bath linens are of high quality, and are washed and sanitized in professional laundries.
