It offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the North Coast, including parking, a jacuzzi, a barbecue grill, a balcony, a dining table for four, a digital lock, two bedrooms, air conditioning, a Smart TV, internet, a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine.


Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official photo ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. The original photo ID must be presented at check-in.

- According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents of minors will also be required for legal proof.

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in.

- Visits are not allowed.

- Glass bottles and/or cups are prohibited in the Jacuzzi area. If any glass breaks in the Jacuzzi, a fine of R$800.00 will be charged.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- Checkout time must be respected strictly. A fine of half a day will be charged if there is a delay of up to 1 hour and a fine equivalent to 2 nights of rental from 1 hour of delay.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 nights of rental will be charged if the rule is not respected.

- All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the lease without any refund of amounts paid.

- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the lease period will be your responsibility to pay.

- All documentation and contract signature must be sent no later than 10:45 pm on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the entry of tenants will only be made the next day after 8:00 am, and no amount will be refunded.

- Booking extensions must be made by 9:30 pm the day before check-out. After this time the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

- The loss or misplacement of the parking TAG, garage control or building entrance TAG will incur an immediate fine of BRL 300.00 per item, regardless of the later return of the item.

- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET. PETS can only circulate through the garage and the service elevator.

- A deposit of up to BRL 3,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation and will be returned within 72 hours after departure
