Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner. Safely located in a closed condominium near the beach, this charming house is perfect for relaxing close to the Atlantic Forest. It offers an incredible view, a balcony with a barbecue, a private Jacuzzi, four suites with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, fast internet, and parking for three cars. In the condominium, guests can enjoy the pool and beach service for setting up umbrella and chairs.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 3000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Glass bottles and/or cups are prohibited in the jacuzzi and pool area. If any glass breaks in the pool, a fine of R$800.00 will be charged.

- All documents must be send 24 hours BEFORE check-in time. The syndica does not authorize entry into the building if the documents are not sent in advance. If they are sent late, tenants will not be able to enter until 24 hours after they are sent.

Our team is trained to quickly and assertively offer the necessary support before, during and after your stay. Our service hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and we also maintain emergency telephone numbers ONLY during after hours. The house is located in the Condomínio dos Manacás, just 300 meters from Camburi Beach (a 5-minute walk) in São Sebastião, 165 km from the capital. The condominium has 11 houses, a pleasant pool, and is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest.

Camburi is also known for its excellent dining options. It’s home to Manacá, regarded by many publications as the best restaurant on this coast.

Other great choices include Acqua restaurant and Candeeiro Pizzeria, which also offers home delivery. There are simpler options on the main street and the Pitangueira bar and restaurant, facing the sea, which hosts a popular New Year’s Eve party. Another nearby option is Tiê Sahy.

There are actually two beaches, Camburi and Camburizinho, both ideal for surfing, although on calmer days, you can also enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and even swimming.

The sand is white, the water is clean, and it’s great for swimming most of the year. Camburi appeals to both young crowds and families, thanks to its good infrastructure and lively vibe.

The beach itself has a few small supermarkets, but in Boiçucanga, only 5 km away, there’s an Extra supermarket located in a small shopping center, along with a bank branch, stores, fish markets, etc.

A famous snack bar in Camburi, just 350 meters from the property, is Lanchonete Tubarão. Don’t miss their famous Camburi pie!

Via Rodovia dos Imigrantes:

Take the Rodovia dos Imigrantes until it connects with the "Rodovia Anchieta."

Descend the mountains via Rodovia Anchieta and at the end, take the exit towards “Cubatão” via the "Piaçaguera" highway.

Guarujá:

Take the left exit towards “Bertioga / São Sebastião.” From this point, follow this highway (Rio-Santos), passing beaches such as Riviera de São Lourenço, Boracéia, Barra do Sahy, Juquehy, and Camburi.

Via Rodovia Ayrton Senna:

Take the "Rodovia Ayrton Senna."

After the toll, take the exit for “Mogi das Cruzes / Bertioga.”

Continue following the signs for “Bertioga” until you reach the end of the mountain pass.

You will pass a police station on your left and then go under the "Rodovia Rio-Santos."

Take the right access ramp towards "São Sebastião."

From this point, follow this highway (Rio-Santos), passing beaches such as Riviera de São Lourenço, Boracéia, Barra do Sahy, Juquehy, and Camburi.
