Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner. With 80 m², the comfortable and well-lit apartment is only 7 blocks from the cove beach. It has the ideal space for a season with family or friends, with 3 bedrooms the apartment has a very spacious living room and private pool inside the apartment. It is very well equipped with king-size bed, washer and dryer, parking, Smart TV, air conditioning, internet, work area, Black out curtains in the rooms and full kitchen.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary lease agreement will be electronically signed before check-in.

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 3000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Glass bottles and/or cups are prohibited in the pool area. If any glass breaks in the pool, a fine of R$800.00 will be charged.
