-Smoking is not allowed on the property;

-All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID before check-in for pre-registration;

-Visitors are not allowed;

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors;

-Parties or events are not permitted inside the property;

-Pets are only allowed with the payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35.00 per day per PET;

-A security deposit of up to R$ 2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation.
