Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official document prior to check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors;

- No parties or events are allowed inside the property;

- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when booking.
