The studio features a 43" SmartTV with Netflix, queen-size bed, digital lock, ultra-fast internet, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, and a Nespresso machine. Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with an excellent hairdryer and electric shower.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation;
