The space has a 43” Smart TV, air conditioning, digital lock, internet, gas shower, towel warmer, hygienic shower, hairdryer, full kitchen and a breathtaking view. The condominium has an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, coworking, games room, solarium and laundry room.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation;
