The house is perfect for a stay in the city, offering a variety of amenities such as ultra-fast internet, a workspace, 4 bedrooms—one on the ground floor and the other three on the upper floor—a 43" Smart TV, sofa, piano, air conditioning, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker and a washer-dryer.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbours;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 3000.00 can be requested when making the reservation;
