Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; -

All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via Whats-App, who will request additional information about their arrival to release access and prepare their check in. Upon check in, tenants will receive complete access instructions, including the door entry code. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide.
