With 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, 43" Smart TV, Nespresso machine, ultra-fast internet, full kitchen including Air fryer, hygienic shower, hair dryer, iron, ceiling fan, air conditioning and washer and dryer, it is well located close to bakeries, banks and supermarkets.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbours

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide.
