The studio features a 55" Smart TV, internet, air conditioning, hairdryer, Nespresso machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and an incredible view of Augusta Park. Additionally, the condominium offers a pool, gym, laundry, coworking space, pet place, and a game room.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbours;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, providing well-structured properties and handling all logistics and basic supplies that make each of its residences extremely functional. Our main differentiator is good communication and the seriousness with which we act to resolve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. Our staff is trained and equipped with the tools needed to provide an excellent level of service. The apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, and our bed and bath linens are of high quality, washed and sanitized in professional laundries.
