Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in;

- Visits are not allowed; - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 3000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Glass bottles and/or cups are prohibited in the pool area. If any glass breaks in the pool, a fine of R$800.00 will be charged.

After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via Whats-App, who will request additional information about their arrival to release access and prepare their check in. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.

The Brazilian Corner's concierge team will be your hostess throughout your experience with renting our property. Our team is trained to quickly and assertively offer the necessary support before, during and after your stay. Our service hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and we also maintain emergency telephone numbers ONLY during after hours. Leaving São Paulo, you have several options for public and private transportation.

Bus:

The São Paulo Bus Station (Tietê Terminal) is the main bus departure point to Ibiúna. You can take a bus from Tietê Terminal heading to Ibiúna. Some companies operating this route include Viação Venceslau and Viação Rápido Sumaré.

Once you arrive at the Ibiúna bus station, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app to reach the property.

Private Car:

If you choose to drive or use a ride-sharing app, the journey from São Paulo to Ibiúna is approximately 80 km. The property can accommodate up to 5 cars, depending on their size.

Distance to the airport:

Congonhas Airport (CGH) in São Paulo is approximately 70-80 km from Ibiúna. The São Paulo International Airport (GRU) is a bit farther, about 90-100 km away.
