Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located next to Brás subway station, the 57m² apartment comes with parking, great for a season in São Paulo. It's very well-equipped with two bedrooms, AC, 43" Smart TV, dining table, work desk, ultra-fast internet, blackout curtains, digital lock, washer-dryer machine, kitchen, and barbecue grill. The building features the largest private pool in Latin America, a playground, and a gym.


Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;
- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors
- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;
- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field because, in addition to providing well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is good communication and the seriousness with which we work to solve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. - All tenants must provide a photo of an official document with a photo before check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at check-in.

- According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- The checkout time must be strictly respected. A fine in the amount of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine in the amount of 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.

- All infractions are subject to fines and termination of the lease without any refund of the amounts paid.

- Any fines applied to the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.

- All documentation must be sent by 10:00 PM on the day of check-in at the latest. If not sent by this time, tenants will only be allowed entry on the following day after 8:00 AM, and no refund will be issued.

- Extensions of the reservation must be made by 9:00 PM on the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

- Loss or misplacement of the parking TAG will result in an immediate fine of R$300.00 per item, regardless of subsequent return.

- To access the pool and gym, it is MANDATORY to perform a biometric registration at the condominium administration office, which is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The administration office is closed on Sundays and holidays.

- The building's pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance on Tuesdays.

- We provide a portable crib (playpen) for babies with mattress and bedding upon availability, pre-contracting prior to the start of the rental, and charging a fee of R$40.00 per day. Minimum charge of R$200.00.

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET. Pets are only allowed to circulate through the garage and service elevator.

- A deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out.
