The studio is located in Pinheiros, just 8 min (500 meters) walk from the Sumaré subway station (Line 2 - Green). Located in a noble and cultural neighborhood, it offers the ideal space for a season in the city of São Paulo. It has air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtain, a digital lock, ultra-fast internet, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine and balcony. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a great shower. The condominium has laundry, coworking and playground.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation;
