The studio features a SmartTV, queen size bed, digital lock, ultra-fast internet, full kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a Nespresso machine. In addition, the condominium has a swimming pool, gym, laundry, coworking, pet place, sauna, market, playground, playroom and massage room.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; -

All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$ 2000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.
