The flat is well-equipped with street parking, 2 Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fan in the living room, ultra-fast internet, electric towel heater in the bathroom, and a hairdryer.


Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. Please don't go to the property before confirming your liberation and sending all instructions.

The complex has 05 independent apartments that share only the external area and separately there is also a complete 2 bedroom house with a private heated pool.

The location is great, close to the sea, river and the main shops, bars and restaurants of Barra do Una, being able to do everything on foot! Next to the beaches of Juquehy, Juréia, Engenho, Barra do Sahy, Baleia, and Camburi.

- All tenants must provide a photo of an official photo ID prior to check-in for pre-registration. The original photo ID must be presented at check-in.

- According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents of minors will also be required for legal proof.

- Visits are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- Checkout time must be respected strictly. A fine of half a day will be charged if there is a delay of up to 1 hour, and a fine equivalent to 2 nights of rental from 1 hour of delay.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 nights of rental will be charged if the rule is not respected.

- All infractions are subject to a fine and termination of the lease without any refund of amounts paid.

- Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the lease period will be your responsibility to pay.

- All documentation must be sent no later than 10 pm on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the entry of tenants will only be made the next day after 8:00 am, and no amount will be refunded.

- Booking extensions must be made by 5 pm the day before check-out. After this time the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET. PETS can only circulate through the garage and the service elevator.

- A deposit of up to BRL 2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation and will be returned within 72 hours after departure
