Well-equipped, it features a 50'' Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed, blackout curtains, and an electronic lock. The building offers an amazing rooftop pool, gym, laundry room, coworking space, pet area, and a small grocery store. Additionally, it is only 500 meters from the Butantã subway (Line 4 - Yellow).
Important Rules:
Smoking is not allowed on the property.
All tenants must provide a photo of an official document before check-in for pre-registration.
Visitors are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.
Pets are only allowed with the payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per pet.
A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested at the time of booking.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients, whether traveling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for a season. The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as in addition to providing well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is the good communication and seriousness with which we act to resolve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. Our staff is trained and has the necessary tools to provide an excellent level of service. At the time of check-in, tenants will receive complete access instructions, including the door entry code. The Brazilian Corner team operates with a high level of professionalism, assisting before, during, and after your reservation to ensure you have peace of mind and security with the service we provide. Please do not proceed to the property before your access has been confirmed and all instructions have been sent.

All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID with a photo before check-in for pre-registration. The original documents must be presented at the time of check-in.
According to the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The documents of minors will also be required for legal verification.

The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine equivalent to half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine equivalent to 2 daily rates for delays of more than 1 hour.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated.
All violations are subject to contractual fines and termination of the lease without any refund of paid amounts.
Any fine imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.
All documentation and the signed contract must be submitted by 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, tenant entry will only be allowed the following day after 8:00 AM, with no refund provided.
Extensions of the reservation must be made by 9:30 PM on the day before checkout. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.
Pets are only allowed with the payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET. PETS are only allowed to circulate in the garage and service elevator.
A deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout.
