Property managed by the professional company Brazilian Corner, located in the heart of Itaim Bibi, a noble and cultural neighborhood. The 34-square-meter apartment is very well equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, blackout curtains, digital lock, air conditioning, ultra-fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a great hairdryer and a gas shower. The building offers a pool, sauna, gym, laundry facilities, and parking.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically prior to check-in;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The residences are planned to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field because, in addition to providing well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional.
