Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

- Nespresso machine: Awaken your senses with a fresh cup of coffee every morning. In our rental, we provide a Nespresso machine so you can enjoy your favorite beverage. However, you'll need to bring your own coffee capsules as we do not supply them.
