The cozy studio is strategically located in Itaim Bibi, only 650m away from Berrini train station (Line 9 - Esmeralda). Situated in an upscale neighborhood, it offers an ideal space for a stay in the city of São Paulo. The studio features air conditioning, a work desk, dining table, gas shower, ultra-fast internet, a comfortable King Size bed, sofa bed and a well-Equipped Kitchen . The building offers amenities such as a gym, restaurant, laundry, and paid parking.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.
