Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 can be requested when making the reservation.

The residences are planned to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as it not only provides well-structured properties but is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is good communication and the seriousness with which we work to resolve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stay. Our collaborators are trained and have the necessary tools to provide an excellent level of service. The apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, and our bed and bath linens are washed and sanitized in professional laundries. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide. - All tenants must provide our team with a photo of an official government-issued identification document with a picture prior to check-in, as well as a selfie for pre-registration in the condominium. The original documents must be presented at check-in. The selfie must be a clear photo, non-blurry, with the face visible, well-lit, and without any accessories such as glasses or hats.

- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, individuals under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Please respect the neighbors.

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property.

- The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine equivalent to half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates after 1 hour of delay.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine equivalent to 3 daily rates will be charged if the rule is violated.

- All infractions are subject to fines and termination of the lease without any refund of the amounts paid.

- Any fines imposed on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay.

- All documentation must be submitted by 10:00 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, the tenants' entry will only be allowed on the following day after 8:00 AM, and no amount will be refunded.

- Reservation extensions must be made by 5:00 PM the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again.

- PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;

- A deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out.
